MASD vs stage II....
MASD will be spread and can be moisture induced on different areas such as abdominal folds, buttocks, posterior thighs, areas where incontinence can occur or if a diaper is placed, will be reddended, but blanable and spread in different forms. most likely can be fungal can clear up with barrier creams or fungal powder. Stage 2 is mostly superficial can be a small skin tear looking wound and will be in one form and not spread in mulitple areas like a MASD type rash how others have described it up above

aquacel or xeroform?
all depends on how it is used, if there is healthy granulated tissue, xeroform can help granulate the tissue better, cheap and effective way, but medihoney or santyl would help if there is slough. If the wounds are closed xeroform will macerate the wounds. if a lot of draining aquacel would help keep it dry with some barrier cream on the border of the wounds.

University of Southern California FNP Program
Never hurts to try and apply. Who cares what requirements say, just contact the school and ask them or just apply and see what happens. 3.0 sounds reasonable to me

Samuel Merritt University FNP online 2017
just got informed that I was accepted into the program, would like to know who else is accepted into this term. Also who ever has attended this program, what are your thoughts on the way it is structured and if it a good school, that prepares you to be a successful advanced practice nurse.

Stethoscope tracker
I've seen those holsters might be the only option nowadays. Just was curious if there was some type of find my stethoscope technology would be great.

Stethoscope tracker
So far I've gotten 2 stethoscope stolen where I work in less then 2 years. One time I had it by the computer where I was charting went into a patient room to discharge and come back and it's stolen. Second time I left it in the break room by my backpack and come back after lunch and it's stolen. Reported to security to check cameras but didn't spot anything. Every nurse has there own stethoscope so has to be people from outside fscilities who come in for these things. Not sure if this happens everywhere. My question is im going to buy another stethoscope is there such thing as a tracking device like how our iPhones have when they get lost or stolen? If not we should build an idea for this. Can't believe we work in an environment to use a stethoscope to do our jobs but people are willing to steal them.

2nd Time Taking NCLEX...265 questions
been there and done that, I know what you are feeling gone thru the test getting 265 twice and failing, then passed on 75 third time with a breeze. you can do as many questions as you like, but will that guarantee passing. no. its all about the rationales, you understand those and they will help you understand other questions later, it helps in learning new diseases and there signs and symptoms. kaplan questions are hard but rationales really suck because they barely tell you why you got it wrong. saunders does have good rationales though. you need to also understand your weakness categories and work on those
