Hello everyone. I was searching for a thread but could not find one so I am starting this discussion topic for USF MSN non nurse spring 2018 applications.
Lets all discuss our stats like GPA, volunteer experience, etc. I have a decent prerequisite GPA right now. I have registered for Micro and psychology and will be taking in fall. My undertgrad GPA is 3.15 in computer applications (not that good). After working in customer service I was no longer interested in computers so decided to change my major.
Lets start this journey together and good luck to everyone.
Hi warsh26,
It's really weird because my friend emailed usf personally. They said they are not collecting fees for spring term. BUT, when I submitted mine, it prompted me to the same thing as yours. I paid $55. So I'm not sure if they fixed it since.
When did you submit yours and are you also applying to the OC location??
Yeah I honestly was gonna go with what you wrote and not pay it all but I was like if for some reason my app gets disqualified for not paying the fee, it wouldn't be worth the struggle and I wouldn't even be able to use the posts under this thread as justification lol. I wish I submitted it earlier so that I could've gotten away with paying $55 haha. I submitted mine today and yes to the OC location. You?
Yeah totally the same with me. If it gave me a page to submit then they're obviously accepting haha. My friend just suggested to re ask since they told her differently, but I didn't mind paying either.
I submitted mine yesterday for the OC location too. Hope you keep us updated on the process :)
Just two others to Western University and University of Rochester. I'm not really giving myself a fighting chance by applying to so few but USF is definitely my top choice.
I'm applying to the CSULA and CSUSM ABSN programs as well, just in case.
How about everyone else?!

Hello Hkuhl,
Welcome to the forum. This is my first time of application too. I am taking microbiology this semester. SFSU , SMU, UCSF, USF all are the best schools. I am planning to take HESI by the end of this year. I haven't started preparing yet but bought some books online.
You have a strong profile. Good Luck!
