USF MSN-CNL non-nurse summer 2017

Hello everyone! I am currently waitlisted in the spring 2017 cohort starting in Jan for the USF MSN-CNL non-nurse cohort 23, but I wanted to start a thread for those of you applying to the summer 2017 semester because if I don't get off the waitlist I will be reapplying for summer, and if I do get off the waitlist I can help you all with info on how the process works and what to expect. Either way, since I am going through it right now, I hope to be able to help new applicants. This time can be very stressful. Who all out there is applying?

Hi all! I've been following this thread but haven't posted yet. I was in the same boat with so many of you, no status change and no phone calls, but walked out to the mail this morning (I live in SF) and found my wait list letter waiting for me. They said those of us on the wait list will have some clarity by the week of April 3rd. They also said the cohort is 24 so seems smaller than I expected. Anyways, hang in there everyone! Hopefully good news will come for some of us eventually!

Are you sure they weren't indicating the fact that the summer cohort is CNL cohort 24, meaning they are the 24th cohort from the start of the program beginning at USF? Spring was cohort 23 which was indicated in my waitlist letter last semester. Just checking! 24 is way less than last semester. Last semester there were 36 spots.

Haha no worries!! I thought that may be what they meant, I haven't received a waitlist letter yet but I'm sure it's coming soon!! I won't be attending usf tho as I was accepted to Samuel Merritt. Good luck to you and I really hope a spot opens for you! Keep us updated!!

Good to know you guys all got your letters! Unrelated to USF but I just finished the hesi and got a 90% average! There were quite a bit of hormone questions in the anatomy portion lol.

@afton I'm applying for the April 1st SMU ABSN program.

I still haven't received a waitlist letter in the mail and my status hasn't changed, which is weird because I live in SF. Hopefully it'll come tomorrow... I'm starting to feel like they completely overlooked my application or something.
