USF MSN-CNL non-nurse spring 2017

Hey guys! I wanted to start a threat for those of you applying to USF's MSN-CNL program for this spring! Deadline is Sep 1st, still some time to go! Who is out there that is applying?? :)

Specializes in Psych NP or FNP.

Refreshing my email... still haven't hear back! I'm sorry about the news. I applied to Samuel merritt (waitlisted) and Azusa Pacific University in addition to USF.

well my email went to my junk folder just as an FYI for you guys...also the email just said to log into the application portal and check your status because a decision was made. good luck!

I may contact them in about 2 weeks if I haven't heard anything. The decisions come on a rolling basis so we could be hearing anytime for the next few weeks. I keep checking my online app and it still says "Application submitted: To be reviewed after deadline". I guess we will all be suffering together for the next few weeks. Stay strong everyone!

I just checked my email/junk but nothing, went to the USF website to check application. Mine is saying to be reviewed still after deadline....nerve racking....so the wait continues!

Hope everyone gets in somewhere no matter what! I've got my Sam Merritt interview tomorrow so I am going to just focus only on that in the meantime and block out everything else in life. LOL

Wow it has started! I haven't heard anything either. I read from older posts that if you are admitted to program they give you a call?

Yes! It seems as though all accepted people get a phone call from a 415 number followed by an acceptance letter (8x11 envelope) a few days later. Rarely the letter is received before the call. They call people over the span of a few weeks while also sending out denial emails to check your status on the application site. Also, it seems that the application site never gets updated to accepted before a phone call or letter, and only denial notifications go through the application site. So I guess we should be keeping our phones close by for the next few weeks just in case! AHH!

alright! its getting real!! We will find out soon. Its crazy, one decision and it changes everything. At least for me. Crossing my fingers and sending positives vibes. :cat:
