USF MSN-CNL non-nurse spring 2017

Published

Hey guys! I wanted to start a threat for those of you applying to USF's MSN-CNL program for this spring! Deadline is Sep 1st, still some time to go! Who is out there that is applying?? :)

@aks92 were you able to pay your deposit yet?

Not yet, I'm going to pay it in a couple days. Have you?

Hey everyone! Just found this forum and I also got accepted. Congrats to those who have gotten accepted and that are on the waitlist!! I was wondering if anyone on this forum was interested in doing the US Navy reserves at the same time or if you know anyone that has done it while in the MS program

@aks92 yes I have paid it and also notified other schools to submit my transcripts ... don't want them to lag!

@futurernsf congratulations on your acceptance! are you currently in the military now?

No, I am not but I have always been interested in joining. Just wanted to see if there was anyone thinking about it as well :)

@md21887 I have also sent my transcripts from my undergrad. Do you know if you get notified from USF when its received?

Does anyone plan on working while in the program if accepted?

If anyone has advice on how to prep for the HESI A2 let me know! Taking it Nov 23rd!

@md21887 I need to do that, as well. I've read on past threads people advised to get your health clearance done, and buy your stethoscope, BP cuff, etc. I might take their advice, that way I have one less thing to worry about during the program.

@aks92 I tried to set up the health clearance but was not able to without a code that USF provides. I called USF and they will be sending out an email regarding the background check/health clearance on nov 15. I think they want to wait and see who accepts admission.

@md21887 Oh I see! Good to know! I'll order transcripts now.

@futurernsf i am not sure if they notify us if they receive our transcript

Hi there! I'm currently on the waitlist too... but I have an interview this upcoming week with SFSU for their ELM-A program, so trying to remain hopeful! :)
