USF ME-MSN Spring 2021

Published

*For University of San Francisco's Entry MSN program due Sept 1, starting in Spring*

I wanted to start a thread to talk about thoughts, updates on the app process, decisions, etc. I should be submitting my application in a week or so once I finish the essays!

Good luck to us all!

Also I didn't receive an email. I just kept checking the portal.

Is this for SF or OC?

Hey guys! I’m new to this chat but I’m also waitlisted! I wish the best to you all, does anyone know much about the waitlist? Like how long before we will know if they accept us?

Yay! Hopefully we get in! I am not sure but from some of the forums I read I think it could be practically up until the beginning of the program. Im hoping thats not the case though.

I got waitlisted too?? did anyone here get accepted?

Just got waitlisted as well!

Also waitlisted ?

I literally just found this thread by googling "USF MSN waitlist." I got the news I was waitlisted today too! I'm so excited but also so nervous. There seems to already be a good amount of us on the waitlist? I'm SF campus btw.

Best of luck to all those waitlisted!

Can you please say what campus SF or OC you're waitlisted to?

Hey! So I also applied to SFSU as well as USF.

Both programs had fantastic NCLEX pass rates last year with USF's rate being 98.31% and SFSU's 97.37% for their MSN programs. Overall both schools, on paper, are pretty good. They both have really strong qualities that'll make it difficult to come to a solid conclusion.

I hope this helped! Good Luck!

Thank you so much for taking the time to give a detailed response. I have heard good things about both but not in much detail, so it's always nice to get insight from others.

I got waitlisted too! Wow so many of us got waitlisted! Not sure how many people they typically take off the waitlist ?
