*For University of San Francisco's Entry MSN program due Sept 1, starting in Spring*
I wanted to start a thread to talk about thoughts, updates on the app process, decisions, etc. I should be submitting my application in a week or so once I finish the essays!
Good luck to us all!
Hello, I'm planning on applying for USF's ME-MSN program sometime in the future. I just wanted to make sure, is this the correct program to select when beginning the application? I'm kinda confused cause it doesn't say "ME-MSN" anywhere, but says "CNL". Also, does that mean this program includes a clinical nurse leader focus? I didn't seem to find anything indicating that on their ME-MSN page... Thanks for the feedback!
This was from their "FAQ-How do I reapply". Seems like they're strict, as they want new materials.

"In order to re‐apply, simply go to the online application and fill out a new application. We are not able to provide individual feedback on your application, however we recommend that you submit an updated resume, statement and different letters of recommendation to strengthen your application.
Please note that you will need to resubmit all application materials, as we are unable to keep any previous application materials on file."
Hello,
This question is for anyone who was on the waitlist before and got in their second attempt:
If you applied for the Fall cohort and were waitlisted and then reapplied for the Summer cohort there isn't much time to change certain aspect of you application. For example, there isn't time to retake classes to boost your GPA. I feel like I essentially submitted the exact same application (was that even worth it?). Did you just edit your statement and letters of recs? Do you think that students who have applied before get any priority?
Thank you!

I decided to take myself off of the waitlist and apply again for the January 15th deadline however this does not leave much time for my recommenders to submit their letter. I did not have this issue the first time around. Does anyone know if they are lenient about receiving letters of recommendation after the deadline? Thank you!
