Hey everyone! I started this thread for this years application cycle.

Like you two, I received one last Thursday as well. I got a follow up email this past Tuesday with my interview date.
Hope this helps you

I did email F.C. in December about interviews; if they were mandatory, or if applicants in the past have gotten in without one. No response even after a reminder email ?. Oh well.. I really thought I was a competitive applicant.
I should be grateful w/ the other programs that are shaping to be promising.
Good luck all! Come on Penn!!!!
And to @crossfitter19 I applied for ABSN only and did not receive any interview invite! I have read in the previous threads that you do not need an interview to be accepted, but truly I do not think it is necessarily a great sign. I hope they were just too busy this cycle to get to everyone.

It was. I got the email on Tuesday morning saying that I had an interview the next day (Wednesday morning).
So I already had it. A relaxed, conversational phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes.

I did, it was interesting. I didn't realize that you are required to work after the BSN portion before or while going into the MSN portion. It makes sense, and I probably would work as an RN anyway...

You are not required, but it is a recommendation if you do not have any healthcare experience.

Thank you for sharing! I just received an email with my interview time set for this Thursday.

I attended the FNP webinar 1/16/19... at that point Filomena said she was expecting acceptance notifications to go out between 2/10 and 2/15. And agreed, the wait has been brutal!
