Specializes in LTC.

Yesterday I posted on how a few hospitals said I needed a CNA certificate to work as a CNA even though I have a nursing licensed. Well this is true for MD. I checked the MBON and new grads with a RN or LPN license can apply for a CNA certificate to work as a CNA while looking for a job.

Wow. Interesting.

Interesting, so if I worked in MD as an LPN without a CNA certificate, I could just say sorry, can't empty that bedpan - no certificate :D I'm in the wrong state.
