Is anyone applying to USA for fall 2014.
Hello all,Congrats to all accepted. I wanted to ask if there is an "official" health/physical form to take to our doctor to complete, or jusyt that sheet that says no restrictions which the doctor signs?
Dimples the health/physical form is on the certified website on the drop down menu that says health/physical form. You have to print it off and her it signed. Hope this helps.
Anyone else in the Emergency Dual NP role? I was accepted and am looking forward to starting soon! Got my JAG number and FAFSA done, but I have outside resources so I guess they don't even let you do loans? Also I read we can just do the webinar? I'm not doing the condensed program, and I have a BSN so it's my understanding I don't have to have a campus visit for orientation? This is by far the most confusing least communicative school I have ever dealt with.
Hey! I am doing the dual NP program. I turned in my FAFSA, and was approved. I do not have outside resources. It is my understanding as well that the webinar is what we have to do for now. I believe we have to go to the campus for orientation before clinicals. I am really looking forward to starting in the fall.
OK I started a fb group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/277286249122605/
It is under USA Fall 2014 Dual Emergency/Acute NP class for lack of a more creative name.
Looking forward to meeting you all and sharing in this journey. I am anxious to get started!!
I live in Walla Walla, WA if anyone else is near that area.
Just got a paper in the mail stating my acceptance application was received:-)
Awesome. Thanks for the update. I'll have to check my mail. Have you or anyone heard about your schedule and if there is availability in the classes needed to take the condensed schedule? I'm hoping to find that out soon so I can plan my work schedule accordingly and set up clinicals for fall if I need to. This all seems so last minute.

Just a form your doctor signs that said you've had a physical and are healthy enough to go to Np school.
