University of South Alabama DNP Fall 2021

Hello there! I just wanted to start this thread to see if there were any people applying to USA for next fall for their nurse practitioner program? I am applying to the BSN to DNP-Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program. Anyone know how the current pandemic might affect the application process? Thank you all in advanced, looking forward to hearing from you all and starting this journey. Also, I am currently based in FL, anyone else from out of state care to share their experiences with this program being online and all? How was it finding a clinical site and preceptor?

Specializes in Telemetry/ACU then ICU.

GUYS! ? This is for anyone who hasn't checked their email lately. If you've applied already, we should hear back within 2 weeks! If you haven't finished applying yet, the deadline has been extended until April 1st!

I applied for the MSN FNP. Wonder if we will find out sooner as well.

From my limited understanding, it is sent via email first follow by snail mail.

I finally have everything submitted. I cant wait to find out if I'll get in. This is nerve recking for sure.

I got the notification on my watch this morning from congrad and got light-headed! I was so excited!!!!!!!!!! Then it was just an update!!!

I initially applied for DNP but then bumped down to MSN, good luck to everyone!! I wonder does it mean that everyone will be accepted since they've pushed the deadlines back so much....thoughts anyone??? Or does it mean they didn't accept anyone and are looking for other candidates??? My email said within the next 4 weeks, we'll have decisions

I am wondering the same! Was the MSN program deadline also pushed back?
