University of San Francisco Summer 2014 MSN CNL for non-nurses

Published

Hello everyone,

This thread is for the University of San Francisco Masters in Clinical Nurse Leader Program for non-nurses (Summer 2014 cohort) I didn't see one so I decided to make one. Anyone else applying?

I just found out that I was not admitted. Good luck to everyone else.

Sorry to hear Jennnnn. Keep your chin up, good things will come to us!

Mine still says submitted as well. For those who found out they weren't accepted...when did you guys apply?

I submitted on Feb. 1, but the date of application doesn't have any influence on their decision.

I submitted the day before the deadline so i'm just wondering if they're sending out rejections all at once or slowly making it through the pile. I have a feeling I'm in the rejection pile so i'm wondering when I'll find out.

Hopefully some news comes today! Either letters that were mailed on Friday or maybe phone calls?

That's what I'm hoping for. This whole waiting thing is driving me crazy!

Did anyone find out anything today?

I probably checked my email 10 times today and nothing. My application status still says "submitted." Hopefully we all find out by this week. Im getting so anxious it's driving me crazy!

I received my decision, I was not admitted :(

@futurenurseshelly I'm so sorry! Keep your head up, that means there's a better plan out there for you. How did you find out, if you don't mind me asking?

After compulsively logging on to the application website, it finally said my admission decision was available with a link to the rejection letter. I knew as soon as I saw the decision was available that it would be bad news, because it seems like those admitted will receive a snail mail letter first, but I could be wrong. I'm kinda bummed and surprised but it will work out somehow :)

@futurenurseshelly I'm sorry, but like you said... everything will work out :) I've already been brainstorming ideas if I don't get accepted into a school.

I wonder if this means they're finalizing decisions and sending out mail this week? Or maybe acceptance letters will be coming soon and they're figuring out the waitlist right now?
