University of San Francisco Spring 2019 Applicants

Hi everyone! I noticed there wasn't a forum yet for the Spring 2019 applicants that applied to the University of San Francisco. I'm hoping others can join as we come together to see if we made it! Recently I just checked my portal and it said that my decision has been sent in mail. I'm not sure if that's a good sign or not. Has anyone else had their "decision mail sent" status up on the portal yet? If so, let me know!

Sorry I was at work! I missed so much. Lol

The common app messed up my formatting for the essay! I also messed up in the past & my GPA was low. I have recently done pretty great, but I'm nervous because of my past F's and W's !

I was reading other threads, & it doesn't seem like as many applicants applied this semester! Hopefully that's a good sign.

Really? Which threads were you reading? That's so weird cause you know how spring semester has a bigger class? I wonder why?

That's the weird thing it doesn't. All it says is: Decided. Decisions are in the mail.

And that's it. And when I called the admissions counselor, all the told me was that it was mailed today. But I'm hoping to at least receive it by the end of this week!

I would say about a roughly 45 mins away from Sf, I keep checking my mailbox and nothing so far haha.

Ahhh I'm so nervous haha. Any changes in your status yet? It's growing near to December 10. But the admissions said next week is that right?

I bet you are!! At least you know your letter is in the mail, that must be kind of a relief! Except no mail today due to George H.W. Bush funeral so yours may get delayed an extra day! Nope, nothing new with my status yet... still says awaiting decision! It's killing me! But the lady I spoke with said my decision should be finalized next week. Also when the admissions counselor called me to update me on my status last week he said expect to hear mid December? We're you given the same information when they called you to let you know your application status?

Yeah I called the lady, and she said they send out letter right before Christmas break, it's soon, but not soon enough. Let's pray that this will be my Christmas gift this year!!
