I had seen a discussion thread last year for students who applied to UCI's MEPN program and I found the comments really helpful. Maybe by connecting we can see when invitations to interview are sent out. ? I did see that UCI was expanding its MEPN program this year which is exciting!
A little about me-I am pursuing nursing at the mid stages of my life. I have a degree in Health Education and Health Promotion and community health nursing is my aspiration! Hope we can connect!
I am also throwing my hat into other degree programs- CSUF, Golden West, Saddleback, Vanguard. Basically anywhere that fits my goals and budget ?

Congratulations to everyone who got an interview invitation! I am a little heartbroken about not receiving an invitation myself LOL. I applied to both UCLA and UCI for the nursing programs and only received a response from UCLA saying I wasn't offered admission. However, I have yet to hear from UCI. I check my emails every day and still haven't heard from them. Did anyone who applied and did not get an interview invitation receive a letter about not being offered admission? Or does the program just not say anything if you didn't get accepted? Thank you all!

Last year, they sent rejection letters around March 3rd. I think the second round of applications affected their timelines. I got interviewed and then waitlisted. I haven't heard back unfortunately. Did you only apply to these two schools?
I am in the same boat. Haven't heard anything or even about the waitlist. Bummed cause I thought everything went well. ? would just love to know an answer even if it's a no at this point.
I am also in the same boat, so you are both not alone. So hard to not have a response. I did email them asking for clarification and they said something along the lines of "others' admission/waitlisting does not indicate anything in your own admission timeline"... who knows what that means, but I hope we get a definite yes/no/maybe answer soon.

Yes, I only applied to these two schools. Congrats! I hope you receive some good news. I was just wondering if they had sent out rejection letters because I surely did for UCLA but not UCI. I will stay hopeful in the meantime! Thank you for the info and Good luck!

Yes I'm in the same boat. I applied by the priority deadline and have not heard back since. I didn't even realize there were interviews and admissions that have already happened until I saw this thread.
Hey all! I just wanted to check in to see if any has heard from UCI since the beginning of February? I applied by the priority deadline (did the interview, etc), but didn't get an acceptance OR waitlisted?? I'm hoping no news is good news, but I'm starting to get really stressed as the other couple of schools I was admitted to are asking me to commit within the next couple of days. I also applied for priority deadline and did the interview on Jan 24th before the 26th deadline (& fellowship essay application). I personally thought that my interview was at least decent, but I haven't heard anything since the interview. I activated the UCInetID thing and received an email from the financial aid office only to say they received my FAFSA LOL. When I emailed the Graduate Nursing Student Affairs Officer email address on March 14th to ask about an update, they said they are unable to provide an exact date that they will release final admissions decisions for all applicants, but hope to have updated information for applicants in early Spring. But it's practically early Spring now and I need to know so I can make a decision ? As sad as I would be for a rejection, at least I will know for sure. Or a letter that says we got moved to the second round would be nice?
I know there has been a few post regarding the application process. Hope you all get good results. I haven't received an email for an interview. I haven't received a call yet. I haven't received an update on my application. I did submit it for the priority deadline. Anyone on the same boat?
I have applied in the second round and haven't heard back yet. Also early Spring is probably in two weeks bc if we are going by the quarter system they just finished Winter quarter. So hopefully April we start hearing back from them
