I had seen a discussion thread last year for students who applied to UCI's MEPN program and I found the comments really helpful. Maybe by connecting we can see when invitations to interview are sent out. ? I did see that UCI was expanding its MEPN program this year which is exciting!

I asked the school what the number of students in the 2023 cohort they're expecting, and they confirmed around 40! I think you're right, probably 20 accepted with 20 more spots ?
I'm wondering if sending another email might be helpful. It feels very dismissive of our time and money to not send out any kind of update for those who aren't accepted yet ?
It's annoying cause I feel like if we send an email they would say refer to our FAQ page but like the time range is too big?? They said expect a status update between now and July. Like be for real ?
