Members are discussing the application process and status updates for a New Grad RN program at UC Davis Health, specifically focusing on reference checks, interview experiences, and offers for different units like Operation Room (OR). Members are sharing their experiences with reference requests, discussing the possibility of being considered for future cohorts, and seeking advice on starting inpatient versus outpatient roles. Additionally, successful applicants are sharing information about onboarding processes and previous experience in the OR.
I'd like to start a thread to keep updated with everyone's timeline from "Application Received" to "Hired" or anything in between. I didn't see a post and wanted to start one.

I interviewed last week on July 24th for E4 Accelerated Access but I haven't received a reference check as of yet. Thank you!
I also got a reference check that Tuesday after the interview.

Hey! I got an offer this Monday for E4, I was just wondering if you did too so we could connect!

Has anyone interviewed for OR? My application changed to "routed for further consideration", I emailed hr to see where it got routed to (OR), & now I'm waiting to see if I get an interview.
