It varies, I got mine on the same day as the offer. I've had friends receive an offer one day after the reference check, and also some received an offer up to one week after completing it. Generally, it's about within a week or so.

for those who were routed, did they call you for an interview? I got an email saying uc Davis health activated my account for webex for what I'm assuming is for a remote interview, but I'm having trouble getting in and working with IT to get it fixed. just worried they might be messaging me on there and I'm not seeing it 😮

Yes, they called me to schedule an interview. I would believe that they would definitely call to schedule one or at the very least email!

Yes! The email said that plus something like that the hiring department would be reaching out to me if I'm selected but at that point I already had my offer letter.

Hi! UCD does reference checks before offers (not really "best practice" in my opinion). After being reference checked at the end of May, no, I was sadly not extended an offer, nor was I given a response when trying to contact the hiring manager directly 😞

I was reference checked again just this week. Hoping to hear about an offer soon but we'll see!

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to receive a reference check from UC Davis after you've interviewed?
I interviewed last week on July 24th for E4 Accelerated Access but I haven't received a reference check as of yet. Thank you!

It varies depending on unit. Some move quicker than others - could be one day after or up to a week is the longest I've heard so far.
