2014 UNC, Duke, Duke Regional New Grad Hopefuls

Has anyone heard from UNC, Duke, or Duke Regional for the 2014 New Grad positions? My profile still shows under consideration.

Hey UNC2002. I received an invitation to interview about one month after applying, and received the offer a little less than one month after the interview. A bunch of people from my school just received offers or rejections last week, so hopefully you won't have long to wait!

Thanks Wanderlust2205! Fingers crossed that I get an interview. Everyone in my class has either already been rejected and a few have had interviews/offers. Did you get an offer? What unit? I am in NC, close to both hospitals so it would be awesome to get on locally!

I received an offer from the renal/pulmonary stepdown unit, but I'm holding out for something in Women's Health (its still early, right?).

Congrats on the Rex "hiring manager" status. Everyone I know has just been "Under Consideration" since Feb 5th. Good Luck!

So I read on UNC's website on how they are kinda stalled with interviews due to the EPIC implementation( as of April 1). Has anyone heard from UNC recently since it's been over 3 weeks since that message was posted?

Mine is still under recruitment review. I have a classmate that got a rejection email last week. Another classmate that interviewed last week in the ED (she already works there as an NA) and she was told it would be a few more weeks before they started looking at applications again and before

she would be notified about the job.

Ok thanks unc2002! My application still says under recruitment review. I already had and interview with Duke and didn't get the position so I'm anxiously waiting about UNC.

They are really behind due to the EPIC installation. I had my interview at UNC yesterday. From what I can tell it went great.

Just wanted to post and let you guys know that I had an interview with Duke yesterday.. and they offered me the job on the spot!! Also found out that one of my classmates is also going to be at DUH, another has an interview in September, and a third was offered a position at Duke Regional.. so KEEP APPLYING!!
