UNC Chapel Hill ABSN - Summer 2022

Hey everyone,

I'm planning on applying to UNC Chapel Hill's ABSN next month in the hopes of getting accepted into the Summer 2022 cohort. Didn't see a thread for 2022 so I figured I'd start one. Good luck to everyone applying this year! Also, if you're currently in the program or have previously completed it, please feel free to add your experience, share your thoughts, etc.

I just got my acceptance through the email at 10:37 am, so it seems like they are trickling over a time spread. Hopefully, you guys hear soon and get accepted!! ?

Hello everyone, 

I got my letter via email but I decided to decline the offer. I live in Winston-Salem and I got into another school that is literally 10 minutes away from me as opposed to driving an hour and half to UNC-CH. Good luck everyone!!

I was just thinking this and was about to look! If there isn’t, we should get one started for sure!!

As of now I only saw the UNC class of 2023 group on FB!

I got waitlisted. Not really sure how to feel, didn’t apply to anything other program. Now the nervousness continues.

It seems quite a few people are declining so there is a good chance you will get off the waitlist! But I was waitlisted last year, reapplied and got in this go around!
