REMINDER!!! The deadline to submit your Fall application is nearing. As of now, the deadline has not changed from February 2 (short of 4 weeks away).
This is my second time applying--I was wait listed for the Spring term. Currently, I am studying to take my TEAS exam again on January 27th. This exam was the only portion of my application I was not confident in. I scored a 70% without refreshing my memory on key concepts by studying before hand. I did find the test to be a "you either no it or you don't" kind of thing so from personal experience--STUDY!
I have no outstanding prerequisites and my sciences are as follows:
AP1. -- B
AP2. -- A
CHEM -- B
MICRO -- A
I had the privilege of chatting with the last group of students and found this forum to be quite helpful! Please use this post as a way of communicating, sharing experiences, and giving advice. Hopefully, we will be classmates in the Fall!:)
I am applying for the family psychiatric nurse practitioner program. How about you? Besides an email was sent out today and there is a psych lecture coming up sometime in March. It will give an opportunity to network. The email pertains to available date for interviews, nothing special.
Thanks! I'm happy they sent out the interview dates early so I can try to work it out with my job. But I am applying to psych program as well. Did your status change to committee ready recently?
Hey all. I applied to the bsn-dnp program for adult primary care. I too received that email, however, my application status still says "complete ready for review".......wonder what that means.
I think they are still in the process of updating everyone to committee ready so I wouldnt stress too much, especially since you received the same email as everyone.
Yes. So apparently, I forgot to check the box where they asked if I was a register voter and they mailed back the form saying there is missing information. Perhaps this has something to do with my app status still at "ready for review".
CNL applicant here...my status hasn't been changed to committee ready yet so I may give them a call since it has been a full month since all my documents have been received.
