UMSON fall 2016 hopefuls ?

Hello all, I am planning to apply to UMSON in the fall 2016. I haven't seen a thread yet for other hopefuls and potential candidates. So I wanted to start one.

Can anyone tell me what those initials mean: sw, sj, jr? Everytime they check a requirement that they received, I see one of these in the notes. Like, Prerequisite Course list --> Received Jan 11 --> Note: sw. What does the "sw" stand for?

I believe those are the initials of the admissions staff updating your application summary.

Does anyone know how many times you can rollover your application? I got waitlisted twice so I'm wondering if I have to send a new app or can resubmit again

Did they ask you if you wanted to rollover your app? I think after 2 times, you have to reapply again, but I would email or call admissions to ask.

Hi all! I'm new to this, so I'm not sure how this works... But anyways, I am also applying for fall 2016. I've been reading other forums and most people have really high GPA's and TEAS score which get me kind of nervous!!

how did you do on the teas and what is your GPA?

As of right now, my GPA is a 3.64, but I'm currently taking a class right now and still have 4 more prereqs to take which I'm taking in the spring. My teas were okay, I got an 80

its sounds like everything i going for you too. Hopefully you get As and Bs on them. They may just give you a provisional admit

What did u use to study for your teas you did really well I think umd requires 70 in each section

I studied using the teas book and there's lots of online tests so I did those. Have you taken the teas yet?

Are any other schools still accepting applications. I need a backup besides UMSON in case I get waitlisted again. I'm also applying to MC. If you all know of any other schools please let me know.
