Hello, I haven't heard back anything either -_-. I wish they would hurry up and mail something out.

Just called the nursing department. The admissions department handles mailing out the decisions but the lady in the Nursing Department told me that decisions should be mailed by next week. The admissions dept rep of course gave me a generic response "They are working on them now and you should be notified within the next COUPLE of weeks". Do any of you all know what the typical class schedule is/ what days or how many days a week (info from current students and not what was told to us in the brief orientation)? I work full time now and I need to find out how I will make a part time schedule work. Good luck! Can't wait to hear back and get this process going!

I called them today and they said that decisions will go out at the end of the month. :)

I called and they received it. It was such a headache talking to the representative from the nursing office. #NoProfessionalism . Well let the wait begin.

I still haven't received a confirmation email stating they received my application (even though I dropped it off with their mail room attendant). Maybe they will send confirmations later on

Hey Kayrock, Looks like were in this together again. I applied for Spring 2016 and was wait-listed. Previously attended a private for profit nursing school but it was extremely expensive. I did not apply to any back up schools Spring 16 so now I am prepared if I am wait-listed again. I made sure I applied to MC this time around. Hoping for the best with UMSON. (getting to the point..) How many seats are they accepting this semester? I want to attend the Shady Grove location.

Hello everyone, I wanted to start a post for the Fall 2016 Traditional Nursing Applicants. There was one listed as Nvcc but it's hard to find and did not get that many views. I'm in the process of applying now and the applications are due May 21st. According to the online orientation decisions should be mailed out 2-3 weeks after the deadline so around the 1st week of June. I'm very excited about starting school again in August. This is my backup school. I was waitlisted for UMSON and there is a possibility I will be again. If you are a current student please feel free to share some of your experience in the program, advice or tips. Thanks! Good luck to you all!

I am also planning on applying for Fall 2016. Hopefully they release the apps soon.

I'M commenting because I realized there is little to no activity on this feed. I've applied for the fall and cannot wait until decisions go out.

Hey sorry so late. You are more than likely in a program by now but I went for 1.5 years (up until my first set of clinicals would start) and I decided to transfer to another school. State schools are a lot cheaper and I wish I would've went that route first before getting futher in debt.

Hi MCapplicant, I am trying to find out details regarding the times of classes and schedules as I am trying to work part time and attend MC in Fall 2016. Not much information is given online and they didnt go too in detail at open house. Any advice or insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Are any other schools still accepting applications. I need a backup besides UMSON in case I get waitlisted again. I'm also applying to MC. If you all know of any other schools please let me know.

We should recieve an email on Monday. I'm assuming to notify us that we were not taken off of the waitlist and asking whether or not we want our applications to roll over to Fall 2016. Stay hopeful you all. Even if it's not UMSON in the spring there are other options that are just as good and cheaper. At least we know what we want to do with our gifts even if it is taking forever to pursue them :)

Thank you for responding everyone. :) I called the admissions office just now and they stated that they are still trying to calculate the accepted students and whatever number they have after they will pull from the waitlist. Waitlisted applicants will receive an email when admissions for Spring is closed and they are no longer being "pulled". I'm assuming we will receive that email this Friday or Monday.
