UMSON DNP FALL 2021

Hi all! ?

I am making this thread for all UMSON DNP candidates for Fall 2021! I'm applying to the Family NP option. Anyone else applying? Good luck to all!

Does anyone have any insight on when we're suppose to find out? Is it safe to say a late response is a no? I've already interviewed and it still says committee review! I thought we'd hear something by today.

I finished my interview (not too confident about how it went ?). I was told I will find out the decision by end of week.

I want them to also send out the rejections as well. I interviewed last month.

Don’t stress. Try to think about how you answered the question and email them a thank you email. It is over with now. I interviewed last month and I haven’t heard anything as of yet. Good fortunes!! Getting an interview is an accomplished in itself!!

Hi there,

For those still waiting, stay positive. It took me two tries to get in. Also, don’t limit yourselves on options if this one doesn’t pan out. There is more then one path to your goal! 
 

For those who have accepted admissions offers, have you all received instructions to set up email? I called like two weeks ago and they said to give it more time ??‍♀️ I’ve paid, sent confirmation and written offer acceptance, filled out FAFSA etc but no email set up...

So I just found out I received an acceptance offer for the FNP program! You guys were right not to stress. Good luck to everyone still waiting for decisions!

Thank you! I applied to the 4-year track at Shady Grove in Rockville. The campus is right by where I live so I don't mind going there.

I received an e-mail notifying me of my acceptance and then received an email saying my status on the application has been updated.

ShimGimRN no news yet. I have never been able to get through them via phone, but they do respond e-mails ?
