UMSON DNP FALL 2019

Hi,

A few of us were commenting on the 2018 page, so, I thought I would create a Fall 2019 page. I am applying for the AG-ACNP/CNS program.

It is a great school but very competitive! I might go to NP program in other school and transfer to UMSON if accepted

i applied for the FNP Fall 2019/ Baltimore Campus. we'll see what happens. My status says " Committee Ready"...good luck to us all

So, does your other program begin before Fall 2019? LSU begins in the Fall.

Yes! The NP program in other school starts in Spring semester! UMSON takes a long time to process!

i also received the email from admissions. For most programs it says you should hear the week of december 16th. My question is if you are not granted an interview are you still eligible/competitive for admission?

I also got my email! thenurseguy88 in one of the online DNP chats I did they said interviews are required for admission so I'd assume that as only those who get interviews are still considered.

I also received an email from NRS admission about the dates for each program. I am reapplying for the psych DNP program. Anyone else going for this specialty?
