UMSON Baltimore/Shady Grove BSN FALL 2019

Hi All! I wanted to see who has applied for UMSON for the fall 2019 Semester. I have applied for the Baltimore campus. I am very nervous, as I retook two classes, so my current overall GPA of 3.75 will go down to a 3.3 as they factor that in. For an overall science GPA, mine is an 3.8. On the TEAS, I received a 73.3 overall, Having and 82 on the reading, and 87 on math. I also have experience at a nursing home that I currently work at now. Has any one else applied? Which campus? I have also heard that UMSON takes long to get back and most won't hear until April. I turned in my application on Jan 29., and I keep looking like they would have already said something hahah. Hope to hear back soon!

Thanks! Honestly, I have no clue what my overall GPA is because of going to multiple schools and I have no clue how they calculate it. BUT all of my science credits had expired and I had to retake them so my science gpa is a 4.0.

I'm excited to meet everyone! I like that the classes don't start till 9am haha unlike MC where they start at 6:30 according to their info session. ?

That stinks. I’m sure there are other scholarships that you might be able to apply for. Are you still planning on going?

Also, if you’re all like me and trying to get everything done ASAP, put Spring 2019 on castle branch under classification.

Fall 2019 doesn’t show up, so I emailed the school. ?

I sent in my deposit and fixed my residency to instate but I haven't back from yet about making an email

I also registered for classes today. I think I did it all through SURFS.

It had said that for me at first too and I was like “UGGGGHHHH” haha. But for some reason when I just typed in the CRN it all went through ?
