Hey Everyone )

I thought that I would start a September 2017 intake thread. It is a bit early compared to other threads, but we can chat as we prepare for the deadline. What applicants are applying with and chat about the program or anxiety.

Just received my email for the information session! I'm attending the Wednesday night! I am SO excited and scared all at the samonce time! Anyone have any idea what we're gonna be writing about in the first 30 mins?

I have a friend that is in the program now and she says that its more like a paragraph and they ask you a question about a situation and what you would do. The one she got was about what you would do if you overheard another nurse talking bad about a patient and giving out info about the patient. They're more ethics-based questions so I will definitely be reading the CRNBC document they sent us!

GPA cut off is 3.75 this year

I have exactly a 3.75 gpa and I received no emails My application still says "ready for review" so at least I haven't gotten the boot lol

I called and asked when emails will be sent out regarding the info session, and she said that they'll be sending out emails up until the end of march!

What are the dates for the info sessions?

I wonder if they are sending out the info session e-mails in order by the date that you applied?

I don't think it's in order they received your application because I applied a week and a half before the deadline. Maybe it's alphabetical?
