UFV Fall 2019

Hi guys!

I'm starting this thread for anyone that's applying to the nursing program at UFV for the Fall 2019 intake.

We can talk about our applications, GPA, volunteer experience, and just share general information about our application proccess/experience.

Me too! I kept over thinking my answers and I always had extra time left after each question

Aw man when you have extra time at the end that’s when it’s the worst cause you’re like um.....

Yes I had a lot of time left over for a few questions ... some questions I feel like i bombed.. but I had 3 instructors say ‘great answer’ so I felt a little optimistic after that. But then my mind went blank for a few of them so I really can’t tell how I did ?

Do you guys think they look at all 8 answers to give you the points?

Yess exactly! I feel the same way as you guyss, but we just have to wait!

& I would also love to know how they score from the interview cause I know i bombed some of them ?

I tried to keep talking then ended up saying same things in different words..

Well it's all done now, and all we can do is just wait......?

Does anyone know if we get a rejection letter if we don’t make it or if we just don’t get anything?

Yess from what I've heard they do send a rejection letter and it will say what needed to be improved on for next time!

Hopefully none of us gets that letter!!!

They do send you a rejection letter but it’s a pretty generic letter stating why you didn’t get in.

Each question is out of 2-4 points for each and you’ll get scored on each one and then those scores get added up. Plus your essay mark and the rest of your application... I keep looking at my UFV email a couple times each day!!
