UFV Fall 2019

Hi guys!

I'm starting this thread for anyone that's applying to the nursing program at UFV for the Fall 2019 intake.

We can talk about our applications, GPA, volunteer experience, and just share general information about our application proccess/experience.

I haven't heard anything yet and all these messages are making me nervous ?

Is there a specific order that they contact people because my last name is at the beginning of the alphabet...??

I thought that they sent them out all at once to everyone, the acceptance and rejection emails. They might be doing it a bit differently this time around if you haven’t gotten either yet, so don’t lose hope!!

For anyone else that got a rejection letter, did your email tell you what you need to work on? Mine says "in order to improve your chances for acceptance into the program, you should consider the following:" then lists all three, being academic requirements, prepare more fully for the essay, and prepare more fully for the interview. I'm just wondering if this is an automated email that gets sent to everyone that got rejected? Or if I actually have to improve on all 3 requirements. ?

This letter does get sent to everyone but it doesn’t list all 3 things, it might list 2/3 for some or 1/3 for some!

I got accepted to College of the Rockies, Camosun, college of New Caledonia, and coast mountain college but I took the spot at Camosun because I live in Victoria
