No but they prefer you do.....

They didn't mention anything in the interview about it so I thought I'd ask! I know some programs also prefer 2 years! Thank you!

If you don’t get asked for references does it mean you didn’t move forward?

I think everyone gets it and it’s calculated into your score

nothing yet, thats why I was wondering if maybe they will still interview next week knowing they would have to choose by the 19th
