Hi everyone! I thought I would start this thread to see who is or will be applying for UCONN's CEIN 2016 accelerated nursing program! I am new to this board, but read several threads from last year and learned a lot about the program and application process. It would be great to hear from others who are in the same boat as me. :)
Hi! There is a group...here's the link! Let me know if there are any issues getting it to work!
Anisa, not sure exactly what you are asking about but this page is about the CEIN program which is a 1 year accelerated nursing program. If you are asking about the 4 year BSN program (if you don't already have a bachelors) then I suggest going online or calling the nursing school for more information!
I applied late for the august deadline. I got a rejection email last Thursday for waterbury and storrs but the email asked if I was interested in Stamford or Avery point, being put on a waiting list for all campuses and if I was interested in having my application reviewed again in jan '16. Soooooo hopefully I get the call for Stamford or Avery point but worst case scenario is that my package is reviewed in January. Anyone heard of people on the wait list getting an invite?

Yes! One of my classmates got accepted like a week before the program started because one of our former classmates moved to another campus once somebody dropped out. It definitely is possible. Also, I was accepted to my 4th choice and then a week later a spot opened up at my 2nd choice campus. Keep positive thoughts!

I called earlier this week. Admissions is still going through the applications.
