I applied to perinatal and NICU on 9/5 and my application still says "submitted" 😪. Did anyone else apply to the same two units and did your application status change?

I didn't apply to those units I applied to med surg and the adult ICU but mine also has not changed from "submitted" either. 😭 I'm sure wel hear something soon I'm just trying to stay hopeful LOL.

I think they send out those emails alphabetically (based on last cohort). Also just because you get that email doesn't mean you'll get an interview.

Does anyone have any input on internal applicants process?

Anyone who applied to the hem/onc unit received an email yet?

IDK if it's alphabetical, but my last name starts with an H and I got an email but not sure if it was for OR or ER cause I applied to both units

My last name starts with A and got an email

pretty early on so it might be alphabetical depending on what units started looking at applications. I applied to nicu and OR

It's not the units themselves that are contacting anyone yet. All applications are reviewed by HR and then forwarded to the units if they meet all qualifications for the program. So when you receive the email and status changes to "in review" it means they have forwarded it. The next step is for the units to determine if they want to interview you and at that time you would be contacted about setting up the interview time/date.
