I did 😞 I got it on Christmas Eve.

I'll share my Main OR interview questions now though if anyone is curious 😅

I got my on Xmas Eve too 😞

If you don't mind sharing, what did they ask you during the OR interview?

OR Interview questions

Tell us about yourself and why you'd like to join our training program.

Did you have any OR clinical time during nursing school?

Did they teach you the circulating role or also how to scrub?

What kind of specialties did you get to observe?

Any concerns about having to work an 8hr day/40hr a week schedule? Or concerns about eventually possibly working night shift of 3-11? Any concerns about having to take call shifts on weekends?

How do you learn best and how does it affect your learning when you have to work with so many people telling you to do certain tasks a different way?

Could you tell me about a a situation where you had a safety concern and you had to take an action to prevent harm from reaching the patient.

When have you taken an action to increase or improve the experience of the patient? Something that wasn't medically related but focused on the experience of the patient and making sure that the patient is satisfied with the care.

What questions do you have for us?
