hi guys! I'm starting this thread for the Winter 2026 Cohort at UCLA Health since the application opened up yesterday (9/5)! feel free to update on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

NICU has not sent any emails yet. Nor have any other departments. Applications are being reviewed by HR first and forwarded to the units. Individual units will start to send out invitations to interview later this month and most interviews will start in November.

I applied to NICU and PICU and received an email about my app being sent to hiring managers. Nothing specific for units though!

Main OR for my first choice and Medical Procedures Unit for my second

I checked yesterday and my status was changed to "in review" but I never received an email. Anyone else? I applied on 9/15 to CTICU and PICU.

Mine still says submitted - My name starts with "M" so not sure how true it is that they go in alphabetical order ..

Hi, I'm an internal and my last name is M and it still says submit
