I interview for SM CCU/med-surgeICU and was send references the day after the second interview... No news for me either I am going crazy!

I had my interview for the nticu on 05/14 and second interview/tour the next day, and was told we would hear back mid-june.

Hey guys, anyone know how second interviews are like for med surg unit in Santa Monica? Are there clinical questions involved? :nailbiting:

Remember all units follow a different process. I did the 2nd for ICU SM. It was a panel interview with 5 of the staff nurses from the unit. A few tell us why nursing and about yourself, then about four clinical scenarios and what will you di first and why types of questions. There was a little skill test at the end to show you their IV pumps.
