Summer hopefuls talk here.... good luck to us all!!! :redbeathe
KUDOS!!for (moderator edit of name) at UCLA human resources, she was very nice and took time to talk to me about the selection process when i called. It made me feel good just to be able to talk to her!So good luck everybody! Thanks for keeping us informed about this grueling process.
How does it work?
Anyone?
I work at UCLA right now as a CNA and I've seen many nurses that are ADN but from what I understand, UCLA is now only hiring BSN or higher. It may be because UCLA (at least RR is) now Magnet recognized. I think they'll still hire ADN if you already work there or if you're extra special and amazing. Hopefully that answers your questions.
I had my Talent Plus interview today. It was an hour long and consisted entirely of behavioral questions...wasn't something I could have prepared for. Does anyone know what the timeline is for hearing something back, whether positive or negative? I think I did well, but only time will tell!!

Hey Goody,
Good luck and hope you made it. Your right, there really was no way to prepare for the phone interview. I read somewhere they would notify us until May but I am not 100% sure. I was thinking of calling the HR department to ask them. Maybe someone can chime in and let us know.

Could you please let us know how the selection process goes...

I had this problem as well and scrambled for a couple more references. I'm just doing whatever is requested as fast as I can.
