PPHeeeewww!

I just got done with my phone interview. I took a little less than an hour and a half. I will admit I started getting tired towards the end. I don't feel there is any way to prepare for it, they were all pretty easy straight forward questions. I hope I passed it so I can at least move on to an in person interview for experience. Good luck to everyone. :)

I feel like celebrating for getting through this, haha.

Hey everyone. I just got my email today for talent plus and the skill survey. Is basically everyone getting this email? Is it a good sign?
For the skill survey, will I be getting another email with a link?
Also I am from NY. I don't know if i want to pay for a flight to LA for an in person interview in the future (if im lucky enough to get one, lol) its like $500! i dont want to pay that unless i know i have the job. do they do phone interviews?

Allie58D, I had previously emailed Ms. Monsein and I think, if chosen, you have to show up for the in-person interview. Check sites like Southwest.com and JetBlue.com for cheap last minute flights. Also, you could book an early flight now and change it (for a fee) later if you need to so at least the bulk of the ticket will be paid for.

Thanks for the info. I think ill just wait to see if i get an interview before i go booking a flight.. i might have to miss clinical for this i graduate this may.

I do too! Congrats! Yeah I'm a little worried about missing clinical but I never missed one before so hopefully they will give me a break! Lol

Does anyine know what happens after my status says "We have contacted you for an interview " but I have not received a Talentplus email survey. Does UCLA call people first before having to fill out the Talentplus survey, I am a bit confused?

In general... for those who got a talent plus interview call... what day did you apply?

The only people that will be recieving a call for now are those that applied early morning on the first day, Monday.

I spoke with Sheri, and I applied at 7PM on monday, and am in the 700's of # of application.

Unfortunately, she told me, my application would most likely not be reviewed. They stick with the first 300, and if needed, move on from them. But is all on when you applied.

I got a letter from UCLA through my email about the schedule interview and Talentplus. For everyone who has completed the Talentplus does UCLA call you over the phone to do the interview. I am not sure if I am suppose to call to set up the Talenplus interview, someone please shed some light!!
