Hi everyone! I have started working on my application for the UCLA MECN program for Fall 2022 and didn't see a forum so I decided to make one so we can experience this process together and help each other out!! ?

Hello! 

I'm not sure. I asked the SON if students can do a Teaching Assistant position, but they said it's not likely. Since the first quarter is mostly classes, I'm sure a remote job is definitely possible! If anything, you can always start the job and leave if you feel overwhelmed with work.

Congrats!  Not sure about the aid/scholarship specifics, but the letter from Mark said, "Due to the generosity of the UCLA Graduate Division, every admitted student who applies for financial assistance will receive a scholarship/fellowship."  Which sounds promising!

I think if we don’t get anything by noon, we probably got rejected ?

I think the decisions are just being released slowly. I wouldn't panic or worry just yet! Best of luck to everyone!
