Providence Transition into Practice (TIP) New Grad RN Residency June 2024
Yes the first two weeks expect to do a mix of in person and online (module) training that requires you to log in 8 hours a day. After that, it depends on your unit but most units will start you on shifts your 3rd/4th week. You'll start on two shifts and still do online modules or in person skills for 12 hours a week. They might train you on both days and nights, it varies between different units.

Interview consisted of behavioral and clinical questions. They asked why you want to work here, the values that you align with, and your patient care experiences. They also asked a prioritization question and had a case study. New Grad is busy! We have a full schedule with a mix of online training and shifts. Every unit does things a little differently.
