  1. Yes the first two weeks expect to do a mix of in person and online (module) training that requires you to log in 8 hours a day. After that, it depends on your unit but most units will start you on shifts your 3rd/4th week. You'll start on two shifts and still do online modules or in person skills for 12 hours a week. They might train you on both days and nights, it varies between different units.
  2. Interview consisted of behavioral and clinical questions. They asked why you want to work here, the values that you align with, and your patient care experiences. They also asked a prioritization question and had a case study. New Grad is busy! We have a full schedule with a mix of online training and shifts. Every unit does things a little differently. Good luck with your interview!
  3. Okay so you can email your badge form to the HR person that sent us all of the orientation info for Monday. She said to email her the badge info and photo.
  4. So I checked my email on my laptop and was able to "accept" the meeting.
  5. I'm not sure honestly! I was going to send over what I have and print out a copy to bring on Monday just in case.
  6. I couldn't figure it out either. I just replied and said received. Hopefully that's good enough!
  7. No specific scrub colors according to the health educator! ?
  8. I asked and they said to just wait until our first day. They will go over everything.
  9. Congrats! What unit did you get? I'm not sure how to message you on here.
  10. The clinical educator said no specific scrub colors when I asked! This wasn't postpartum but I'm assuming it applies to everyone.
  11. I only know someone receiving an offer for ER and Oncology.
  12. The base hourly rate is $48-$48.50. I'm not sure about night shift differentials.
  13. Thank you! ? Good luck to everyone! I honestly don't think they've gone through all the units yet.
  14. Hi Everyone! I applied to LCOM Torrance and received a tentative offer on 4/18 and a formal letter yesterday 4/22 for ICU. Two other people I know who applied to the same hospital received their offers on the same day.
  15. Mines still in progress, but I don't think they will be interviewing or offering me a position at this point. Seems like they are done or waiting for people to confirm their offers.
  16. Thank you!! I'm sure they're getting around to everyone!
  17. I applied on March 6th ?
  18. Hi! I applied to the ICUs and I just received an email that my app was sent to the hiring manager for further review.

  21. Yay! Do you know when they're conducting interviews?
  22. Yay! When did you apply if you don't mind me asking??
  23. Following! I applied to ICU and PICU. Good luck to everyone!
