Hi everyone!
I am planning on applying to UCLA's MECN program for 2021 and since I did not see a thread here yet I wanted to get one going for us to share questions and concerns. Good luck to everyone!
No decision update, but I noticed my application status portal page changed. I no longer see the list of transcripts, recommenders, etc. Just the date I submitted my application with payment. Not sure if this means the page is transitioning to display decisions (letters).
Anyways congrats to all that have been accepted.

Mine changed as well! Thanks for pointing it out.

I think public health experience is actually great because UCLA's program offers the PHN certification! Essentially if you want to keep working in public health should be more of a reason this school is on your radar. If anything that type of experience should already put you in a pretty good spot. At least I think so. Good luck to you!

Same with mine and I did not get any emails today.

If anyone else is in the same place, I wonder if you’d like to add my on Instagram or something. I need a buddy to vent to. ?
I also found the decision letter in my application status portal. Reject.
Gutted. I think I'll cry it out and move on to hope with my other opportunities. It was a dream since I was 16 to go to UCLA, to be a Bruin. It didn't happen, but I'll still be a nurse and maybe some day I'll work there.
Best of luck all.
