UCLA MECN 2021

Hi everyone!

I am planning on applying to UCLA's MECN program for 2021 and since I did not see a thread here yet I wanted to get one going for us to share questions and concerns. Good luck to everyone!

I came back from Lunar New Year mass and got an email from Mark at 12:20pm. I'm in! My #1 school and the only school I applied to... I'll be praying for the rest of you, hoping to see more good news very soon!

Congratulations Daisy ! I believe in my heart more of us will hear hopefully soon . That makes eight of us so hopefully there has to be more ?

My Itinerary for tonight : 

 

5 o’clock : dinner with myself 

6 o’clock: wallow in self pity because I didn’t get in 

7 o’clock : light jazzercise 

8 o’clock : figure out how to get into UCLA (tell no one ) 

9 o’clock : bed

Thank you BriNoel!! My last name starts with V so it makes sense I received it later than the others. I think the reason why Mark could've sent them out individually is because in the email he attached a personalized document called "Status Sheet/Admissions Restrictions" that includes some of the requirements one will have to submit such as official transcripts/bachelor's degree/GPA/Epi course.

Hey everyone! I got my acceptance letter today from Mark Covin around 12:30pm (spam folder)! My last name starts with "Y" so I'm not sure why I got mine so late. The wording was weird but it said we would receive our official letter from the UCLA Graduate Division next week. Unfortunately, the link (https://appstatus.grad.ucla.edu/) Mark sent does not work. 

Anyone else having the same problem?

I just found my email requesting transcripts in my spam...I AM CRYING SO HARD RT NOW.
