UCLA MECN 2021

Hi everyone!

I am planning on applying to UCLA's MECN program for 2021 and since I did not see a thread here yet I wanted to get one going for us to share questions and concerns. Good luck to everyone!

I got the following from Mark. Does this mean I got in? The last sentence is throwing me off. 

 

"Dear Justin,

It is a pleasure to inform you, the School of Nursing recommended to UCLA Graduate Division, your admission into the Master’s Entry Clinical Nursing (MECN) Program beginning Fall Quarter, 2021. Please be advised that FINAL admission decisions are made by UCLA Graduate Division."

Do we think Mark has gotten through all 70 acceptance emails by now? 

No update for me which is a bit heartbreaking as UCLA was my #1 choice. I suppose I'll have to hope things pan out with my other schools... whomp whomp...

One would think you could send 70+ individual emails in a ~2 hour timeframe. Also weird that this isn't automated/batched...

I feel like he has. People started getting emails over 2 hours ago... Hopefully we all get into somewhere else!

With Western I got mines at 7am and others in the board  are still stating that they are getting invites.

I emailed Jeimy asking whether everyone would get notified, even those rejected. She wrote back just now and said "Everyone will get a notice no later than next week."
