UCLA MECN 2016

Hey there, I am planning on applying to the UCLA MECN 2016 program and was wondering if anyone else out there was applying as well. Just curious about other applicants and hoping to go through this application process with some other people! Would love any feedback. Thanks :)

I have no idea but I feel the same way! I think it would be some time around Feb or March. I'm just taking a guess from previous threads from fall of 2015. Good luck either way! I hope we all get in!

Thanks! I didn't receive that email, but that's probably because I still have one transcript missing. I'm waiting to send that in next week when grades are posted.

@ whimsicality @Luv4God No problem. Maybe I received that email because my application was incomplete due to recommendations? Once submitted I received another email stating what I mentioned earlier. We will hear something sooner I hope!

Hello Fellow Allnurses!

Although, I am not currently applying to UCLA's MECN program, I would like to know the format of the application so that I can best prepare myself when I apply two years from now once I've graduated from UC Berkeley.

One thing I don't like is leaving blank boxes on applications :p.

I know it would be asking for a lot, but can anyone send a pdf of the application or screenshots (preferably blurred out the confidential information). I would like to get a detailed format of what it is I need to prepare and improve on.

I just want to know more besides the general information given on the website.

Hi Oliverafajardo,

There really isn't any way someone could screen shot the app, everything you need to know is on the website and there is more feedback somewhere along the lines of this topic. One of the young ladies (Marie) describes in detail exactly what's expected from the apllicant applying to the program and discusses in detail what is stressed at the information center. I encourage you to read the entire thread as it is extremely helpful to future apllicants. Good luck...I hope this helps! You can also try reading topics from previous apllicants who got accepted from previous terms.
