Has anyone received a call from the waitlist? When I called 2 weeks ago, I was told I'm in the bottom half of the waitlist (15-30) but they didn't give me an actual number. The advisor then told me that a year or so ago they ended up with 20 people on the waitlist and ALL 20 were accepted. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Someone mentioned a second signing that's due April 1. I didn't receive any info on that... Lastly, is there anything we should be doing in preparation for the start of the program? I haven't received any further correspondence than my initial waitlist email.

Gatorgrad8, just letting you know I'm in the same boat--waitlisted, no further correspondence received, and only learning of April 1st deadline via this site (which tells me it only applies to those who were initially offered a seat). So, we must be on track. Glad to hear the encouraging news about past waitlisters getting "the call"! :)

Hey guys I am also on the waitlist and haven't heard anything. I have called twice and left messages both times but no one has called me back. I'm trying to see how many people are left on the list.

Waitlisters, I've been accepted and haven't even been able to register yet (supposedly this week). Its been a challenge for those accepted (as well) with different sorts of delays and things you would think would already be handled as this isn't their "first rodeo" for the program. It's been nerve-wracking trying to get everything done so I hope you find out SOON!

HopefulCaryn, do you mean you've been accepted from the time initial decisions were made, or were you accepted recently from the waitlist? Sorry to learn of the speed bumps in registering.

I was accepted 3/4/11 with the original group. Thanks and good luck. :) if you get in, feel free to ask questions as I had plenty. :) when are you supposed to find out for sure?

I'm no longer planning to attend UCF and already gave up my seat, but I am just curiously watching this thread to see the waitlisters that get in and report their excitement ... I am rooting for you all, and I personally think you all have great chances! Good luck!! :)

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say Congratulations to all of you that have gotten in & Good Luck to all of you! I graduated from UCF's accelerated program last summer and it was definitely a great experience. For those of you who are on the waiting list, hang in there because I've heard of people getting a place on the day school started! Must be crazy to do everything in a rush, but it is possible!
