Hi! My application has been routed, but I haven't heard anything yet. I wish they'd post what units are hiring..

Mine says routed as well but have not received any calls yet! Fingers crossed!!

Hi Everyone, according to HR job offers for the new grad program are based on what unit you precepted in which is why they don't have a separate section on the app asking for your choices. It's a little limiting but I suppose they want you to have had a taste of what you're getting yourself into. BTW I applied too and haven't heard a thing.

Hi Positivepwr, do you know what they would do if the unit we precepted in isn't hiring new grads at this time? Do they interview/place you in a similar unit? I've heard that not all the UC Davis units hire for each cohort.

Hi Iferrill, from what I was told, all applications that pass the personality test and 1st review by HR are passed onto the respective units. You're right in that not all units hire with each intake but apparently enough do to to keep this program going. But to answer your specific question, each unit will consider "similar experiences" and to be honest I didn't question that further. I'm guessing that means if you precepted in L&D you won't be getting a call to interview for the critical care unit.

Mine still says routed. Want to know when they start making calls for interviews!

Does anyone know if the number means anything? Mine says 050-Routed... Still haven't heard anything but though.
