Hi! I accepted an offer for PICU, but I'm planning on starting in August. I may have a friend who is starting in October in the PICU too though!

does anyone know the REALISTIC timeline for getting a licensed endorsed to CA/obtaining a temp permit? Any ways to expedite the process? I was offered a second interview, but I would be coming from out of state and am curious if I would even have my California license in time for this position.

The acute peds sounds familiar to me too, I don't even remember the other choices at this point. Everything just blurs together...just making sure I didn't already mess this up. see some of you tomorrow! :)

this might honestly be a stupid question, but I don't remember choosing 3 units at any point. I think there was a selection for "peds acute", etc but was there ever an actual preference thing? I don't remember the application from March at this point.

Has anyone received an email or call for their specific panel interview date? I haven't heard anything since we all filled out the survey for our date preferences over a week ago..

Hi Positivepwr, do you know what they would do if the unit we precepted in isn't hiring new grads at this time? Do they interview/place you in a similar unit? I've heard that not all the UC Davis units hire for each cohort.

Hi! I applied to CVICU..haven't heard anything yet though. Did you just get an email yesterday (5/19)? Also, did you have a status change?
