I'm considering calling HR to find out if other units are going to be offering interviews, but I don't know if I want to be disappointed haha

Called HR yesteryday, they said units can contact you for an interview all the way up to the beginning of Feb for the Feb start time, or even all the way up to April for the April start time.... Nothing like last minute! We still have hope, trying to keep positive thoughts :)

Haven't heard anything... if your senior practicum was there it will give you a leg up I'm sure. I am from out of state (originally from here) but did all clinical in Denver. Still praying that something pops up! I would love a job! :)

Anyone else get an interview call? My application is still "routed," and I have no updates since. I wonder if there is a delay at HR?

I received a call last week, telling me that a unit was interested in interviewing me, but they didn't want to move forward until they get an estimated date of when I'll be taking the NCLEX. I'm hoping I'll get my ATT soon, so that I can set up an interview.

My application status still says "Routed." I had called the Nurse Recruitment office before, and they said the delay really depends on the unit. Some of them have deadlines (research?) that are of higher priority than the new grad residency program.

A few of my classmates has already been hired for the new grad residency. But they said that the recruiters were reluctant to hire new grads that recently graduated for the first cohort of the year, so we may still have a chance with the second cohort??

Does anyone know if they send rejection emails after being interviewed/not selected? Or do you just not hear back from them?
