UC Davis Nurse Residency Program- Fall 2022

Hi everyone! I am applying to the UC Davis Nurse Residency Program for Fall 2022 and could not find a thread for this application period. Figured I would start one!

Thanks for making the thread ? I sent in my application as well and specified in my cover letter the units I would be interested working in!

Does anyone know when the interviews are set to take place?

I think it depends on specific units! But hopefully things will start to roll out.

According to people that were hired from my program's previous graduating classes we should hopefully hear back by mid-May to June, latest end of June to early July. Certain units might reach out later than others depending on their need for additional staff (generally the critical care units). Something to look out for is your application status transitioning from "Application Received" --> "Application Under Review" --> "Application Routed for Further Consideration." 

Once they hit routed for further consideration is when they're directed to hiring managers. From there, if managers think we'd be a good fit, we should receive calls/emails to schedule interviews.

Not yet. Mine still says "Application Received." I am hoping that they will start interviewing in mid-May or so. They probably have a lot of applicants.

Mine just changed today 5/10/22 to "Routed for Further Consideration."  Anyone else?
