Hey guys! I just wanted to start this post for anyone applying for the 2022 cycle for UBC nursing.  Just wondering where everyone is coming from and their experiences.

hopefully by the end of the month!

Hi everyone! Anyone have insight on submitting final transcripts? I just finished my final anatomy and physiology course but I do not see a place to upload the final transcript on the application page. Thanks!

you have to send a sealed one to the office of the register, I don't think you can upload anything

Is there anything that has to be sent again in the month of April? Like another transcript?

I think my understanding was when you apply you upload an unofficial transcript and if you are admitted then you send the official sealed transcript to them.

This is what I did too, and then they need to receive all official final transcripts mailed in by June 7th if accepted

I have a feeling we will find out on Friday April 29th, from previous forums it looks like decisions were sent out the last Friday of April

Hey not to worsen anyone's nerves or anything, but just FYI to keep all our expectations in check; I spoke to one of the faculty at UBC and they told me apparently 850 people applied this year... so doing the math, for 150 spots available, that's a 17.6% acceptance rate. OOF.

They say 850 every year! We actually have a better chance of getting in this year because it's 150 spots instead of the usual 120! Stay optimistic folks!!

Manifesting an acceptance for all of us!

Plus: of that 850 there are gonna be people who don't meet the qualifications at all/just applied for the heck of it so it does narrow down quite a bit, just gotta keep our heads up and hope for the best cause at this point we've done all we can hahaha

Heads up people who are still finishing their HAP pre-requisite, I emailed the nursing advisor and they do NOT have to be done by April 30th, final transcripts just have to be sent by June 9th, meaning you just need to have your final grades before then!

IDK if anyone else is in TRU Biol 1593, 1693 RN but that gives a lot more time!
