Hey Everyone!
I'm hoping to apply for UBC nursing 2013, but I am a little worried as I haven't volunteered for 2 years. My question is, if I get back into volunteering this summer will my chances of being accepted be higher?
Thank you!
Hello everyone!
I am also looking at applying into the UBC 2013 Nursing Program. In regard to the application I was wondering if anyone had any pointers they could give? In regards to the statement "Experiences can only be listed once. If they fall into more than one category, choose the one you think most suitable" does that mean that I can only use a particular job once, or would I be able to use different aspects of the job for the different categories? Any input would be very greatly appreciated!
I am applying again - last year my application was incomplete because one of my transcripts from overseas didn't arrive in time.
I'm looking at my supplemental from last year and the spacing is all over the place. Once I pressed send, it must have changed format. How did you guys get your spacing and indentation to stay in place?
I have no idea, sorry. I'm guessing it would just be around the same as the average competitive gpa to get in UBC (around 78% ish if I remember correctly?) Except because its a little more difficult than some other courses maybe its lower? Maybe you could email the advisor for a % idea. I know my Human Phys. mark was not high but that is why I'm applying to other schools too!
Anyone have any insight? In the Employment and activities record section they give you up to 1000 words per job. Do they want us to actual explain what we've done and the skills we've gained? If we put down our duties and things like that in this section are we not allowed to use those experiences in other parts of our application? Or is this count seperately? Thank you!

I formatted mine as paragraphs, but I'm really not sure what exactly they will be looking for!
